Theme: All citizens of our multi-cultural land have a right to know how it came to birth as a fellowship of different races. We will be introduced to stories, visions and sayings of saints who made this a land of prayer and hospitality from Patrick and Brigid in Ireland to Samson, Aidan and Hilda with their York connections.

Ray Simpson is the Founding Guardian of the International Community of Aidan and Hilda which is part of a world-wide resurgence of new monasticism for ordinary people. He lives on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne near the Community’s Retreat House, The Open Gate.
